Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total package weight.
Orders between 0–1 kg: ₹60 shipping charge
Orders between 1–2 kg: ₹100 shipping charge
Orders above 2 kg: ₹149 shipping charge
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product
Important Note
Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
This policy helps us verify claims fairly and protect against misuse.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests may not be accepted for:
Minor packaging damage
Used products
Change of mind
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Claims made without valid proof
